I began my career at British Airways as a Digital Apprentice, focusing on BA.com and the mobile app, and working closely on digital product initiatives such as retailing, design, delivery, and research.

After two years and completing my Business Analysis qualification, the product underwent a major transformation that required a potential relocation. Instead, I discovered my true passion within the company—content and social media.

Through extensive networking, I connected with the right people to continue my journey. After reviewing my portfolio, they offered me a temporary role to support the team, where I could gain invaluable experience and mentorship in content production and social media strategy.
